Deposit
A refundable deposit of USD 500 will be blocked on the customer's credit card.
Cross Border Travel
Crossing borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and will be charged plenty of up to total value of the vehicle.
Driver's Age
Minimum driver's age requirement is 25 years and the maximum driver's age is 75 years.
Additional drivers are subject to Additional Driver fees.
Driver’s License
Drivers must have held a full license for a minimum of 1 year.
All driving licenses which have been issued within the European Community will be accepted.
International driving licenses (IDP) will be accepted.
Driving licenses issued in the US, Canada and Australia are accepted without international driving license.
All National driving licenses in the Roman Alphabet will be accepted
All other National driving licenses which is not in English / Roman Alphabet must be accompanied by a valid International Drivers Permit in English / Roman Alphabet.
Drivers must also show their passports or ID on collection as additional proof of identity.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not included in the rental rates.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be purchased at the time of pickup and will cost 25 USD per day which will reduce the liability to maximum 500 USD.
In case of damage, police report must be provided.
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) is not included in the rental rates.
Third Party Insurance is mandatory to purchase at the time of pickup which cost 15 USD per day.
Theft Protection
Theft Protection (TP) is not included.
In the case of theft or fire, the client must contact the police and report the incident immediately, and submit a copy of the police report, the rental agreement and the Vehicles keys to the rental location. .
Please check with the supplier on collection of the Vehicle.
Transferable Insurance
We don't accept any Credit card or Third Party Insurances, in case of any damage, the complete damage will be charged and we will provide you with documentation/proof so that you can claim refund from your own insurance.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Extra insurance options are available and can be purchased at the time of pickup.

Fees
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred
whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges
on to you plus any administrative expenses.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown Assistance is not available after office hours.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the
commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with the same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at
the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a
refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are
payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from
time to time, please confirm at the rental counter.
Tax Rate
5% Service fee will be charges separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted, card should be issued in the main
driver's name.
Delivery and Collection
Not available - Only shuttle service is provided from Office to Airport Vice Versa with a charge of 30 USD per service.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
One Way Drop-Off Charge
30 USD Airport to Office location vice versa.
Grace Period
For Vehicle Pick-ups
There is no grace period in case if customer is late for pickup.
For Late Returns
After 1 hour, 1 Day Extra will be charged,
If the customer comes to pick up the vehicle after the grace period, If vehicle is available vehicle we help our clients, if not we cancel the reservation.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
